On Wednesday's (10/12) class this week, our group started the day off with routine weed removal and we mowed the rye in the in-between rows for the first time. Following this we applied eight pounds of 8-3-5 fertilizer to our beds and mixed the soil of our third bed. Upon our major growth in our tomatoes, we finally installed our trellises on the outer edge of the bed to allow the vines to grow outwards and up.
